Congratulations on your pregnancy, I am so happy you have found your way to me to explore how I can support you during this very special time in your life!
Your transition into parenthood is more than a milestone, it’s a sacred rite of passage. A crossing between who you’ve been and who you are becoming. Whether you are preparing for your first baby or welcoming another little soul into your arms, this time calls for support that sees the whole of you- body, mind and spirit.
As a birth and postnatal doula, I offer care that weaves emotional presence, gentle physical support and spiritual guidance. My role is to hold space for you so you can create a journey where your voice is heard, your choices are honoured and you feel safe to birth and mother in your own way.
I will listen deeply to what you need, moment by moment, month by month.
I bring shamanic drumming and sacred practice into my offerings- these ancient tools invite you to sink into your body’s wisdom and connect with the elemental rhythm of birth. The drumbeat becomes a pulse that steadies the mind, awakens the senses and opens a bridge to your own inner wisdom. These practices help you to release fear, root into your strength and meet this transformation with sovereignty.
Together, we will honour the full circle of your journey- pregnancy, birth, and the tender becoming of motherhood.

MY WHY
My first birth with Teddy came with a lot of intervention, my voice not always being heard and decisions being made on my behalf. Following Teddy’s birth I started to have a huge interest in birth choices, support and services available during pregnancy and beyond.
Our youngest son, George was born in April 2020, in the height of the pandemic. My choice of a home birth was suspended and I had to rethink a lot of my options whilst navigating an ever changing maternity system. I was blessed with a physiological water birth in the birthing centre, it was my ‘home from home birth’. It was a time of great uncertainty, families having little to no support and new mothers having no one to sit and share a cup of something hot with and feel heard. This time in our life stays with us forever and shapes who we are as mothers.
Following the birth of George, the postpartum period and the life changing experiences our family went through that made me realise I had to become a doula. I trained went on to train with Developing Doulas in 2021.
Birthing during the pandemic also showed me the importance of continuity of care, to have someone who knows you, cares for you and wants to uphold your wishes. This is what I can to give to you!
Before becoming a doula I worked as a Cabin Crew Manager for British Airways.
This career gave me so many valuable life skills and I had the great pleasure of looking after people from all walks of life.
