Services
My birth and postnatal support covers most of Surrey and surrounding areas.
I believe that everyone should have a positive, empowering and supportive birth however that looks for them. As your doula I would want to support you in every way possible and also extend that to your partner. The relationship will be one of trust, care and honesty.
I have supported couples at home births, hospital birth, caesarean birth and VBAC.
I am proud to say I am a Recognised Birth & Postnatal Doula through Doula UK.
Birth Doula
As your birth doula I will be there supporting you through your pregnancy and birth.
Finding out you are pregnant is a moment you won’t forget. Planning for your birth should be an exciting time, a time when you feel empowered, supported and loved.
During our time together we will get to know each other, listen to any concerns, understand your birth wishes and create a safe and calming birth space whether that be at home, a birth centre or hospital.
I am trained in Biomechanics for Birth which has proven to be very effective to encourage an optimal position for brith whilst also bringing comfort and relief to my clients during labour.
I would want both you and your birth partner to feel supported throughout our time together, to be an extension of your birth team and to uphold your wishes for you if necessary.

Postnatal Doula
Supporting new families during the fourth trimester is something I am truly passionate about.
It is a sacred and precious time for new parents, which comes with a lot of emotions and healing. I feel very humbled to be invited into a family’s home and to be able to support them in the early weeks.
I really believe in celebrating the new mother that has just been born! Every day can look and feel a little bit different which is why I am there to support you with whatever is it you need. Whether it is cooking a nutritious meal, helping with housework or simply listening over a cup of tea, I am there for you.
I am a Recognised Postnatal Doula and a qualified Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner. I can offer you support and guidance when it comes to infant feeding whether it’s breastfeeding or bottle feeding.
I also have experience in working with twins and families with older children.
